A: If you have a valid state resale license, we can sell to you wholesale. We do not sell directly to the public.
Q: So, how do I buy then if I just want product for personal use and don’t have a store?
A: Our products are sold in numerous retailers throughout the country or online at various websites. If you google the product you are looking for, chances are you can compare prices online to get the best deal. We do NOT sell directly off our website.
Q: So… what’s the deal with The Party Animal, Inc? Who are you guys?
A: We started off in the party sign business making birthday, wedding and graduation signs. We obtained the NFL license in 1990, the MLB license in 2005, the NBA license in 2008 and have picked up over 65 college and university licenses along the way to transform into the premier sports licensing company. We are THE guys when it comes to high quality appliqué and embroidered flags and banners and are now entering the toy market with our new Lil’ Teammates.
Q: What is appliqué and how do you say it?
A: Pronounced app- lih- kay, it refers a needlework technique in which pieces of fabric, embroidery, or other materials are sewn onto another piece of fabric to create designs, patterns or pictures. All of our flags and banners are applique and embroidered, which is the high quality alternative to screen printing.
Q: Are your products weather-proof?
A: For the most part, our flags and banners are made of heavyweight 420-denier nylon and are made to stand up to any type of extreme weather. Of course, you have to use common sense and take your flagpole down during a hurricane, tornado or meteor shower.
Q: How do you ship?
A: We ship anyway you want us to, including UPS, FedEx or US Postal Service. UPS is our preferred method and we will ship that way unless requested. We can use your shipping number if preferred. We will also hand deliver merchandise to your store for a small fee and a place to stay.
Q: Do you offer a drop ship program?

Q: How can I send you an order?
A: Feel free to send us orders in 4 ways- e-mail info@partyanimalinc.com, fax them to 440-471-1039 or call 800-456-0145 to speak with our sales staff. You may also request to place your orders electronically right on this website.
Q: So I can order right off your website?
A: If you are an approved reseller and already working with us, you can request that we grant you online ordering access where you can place your store orders electronically. Please send us an email at info@partyanimalinc.com for more information.
Q: Do you make all of the products you list on your site?
A: No we don’t. We picture every single product we are licensed for, but our products are made on a demand basis, meaning that if enough people want something, we will get it. You can check individual stock status by clicking on each product to see if we make it or not. There will be stock status telling you if product is Available Now, Out-of-stock, not currently available or coming soon. You can always call or email us if you aren’t sure how to read a sentence.
Q: Can I track my order once it is shipped?
A: We can provide a tracking number after an order is shipped if needed. This way you can follow the package as it makes its way from Westlake, OH to your destination.
Q: Can I get terms with your company?
A: If you would like credit terms with us, you will need to fill out a credit application with AT LEAST 3 valid references with fax numbers. We would not recommend putting down companies that you haven’t paid in years or that you threatened with physical harm.
Q: What if I don’t have any references?
A: We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diner’s Club International) and can also send merchandise COD for an extra charge.
Q: How long is your shipping window?
A: We typically ship within 2-3 business days, but during our peak times we are often busier. Please call us for an accurate shipping estimation.
Q: Do you ship to Canada, the Phillipines or Qatar?
A: No. We only ship to the good ol’ US of A. If you are somewhere else, sorry about your luck. Maybe one day we will distribute worldwide, but not right now.
Q: How do I determine my shipping costs?
A: Shipping costs depend on the weight of your order and the zip code we are shipping to. We will do our best to package your order in the most cost-effective method possible.
Q: How do I go about obtaining images of your products?
A: You can go the easy route and take them right off our site or we can send you a disc with all of our available images. If you do take images off our site, make sure you are not selling something that we don’t manufacture.
Q: What is your minimum order and re-order?
A: That is one BIG advantage to our company. Our minimum order is $100 with no piece minimums, meaning that you can get one of each item if you would like.
Q: Do you offer price breaks or a distributor program?
A: Please contact our sales department for information on this. We do offer a distributor program, but you must qualify. Volume discounts are also available. And if you are buying Pittsburgh Pirates, we offer a 100% money back guarantee- if they make the playoffs, you get your money back! (Money back guarantee just a dig on the Pirates lack of quality on the field, not an actual promise that we will stick to)
Q: How can I be notified of changes in artwork or stock status?
A: If you ask really nice, we can put you on our weekly inventory update so that you can be notified of any of these changes. If you don’t ask nice, we will say we will put you on but actually enter your e-mail into a spam bank where you will then receive over 200 pieces of junk mail a day.
