Do you ship internationally? 
At this time we only ship consumer orders within the USA. (Resellers, please inquire about international shipping.) 

When can I expect my order? 
All orders should be delivered within 5 - 7 business days via standard shipping. Express 1 - 2 business day shipping is also available. All express shipping orders must be received by 11am EST. Weekends and holidays are excluded from the shipping days. Express shipping does not include Sunday or holiday delivery.

Tracking
An email with tracking information will be sent once an order has been shipped. You can also track your package from your account page.  

Do I need to be logged in to place an order online? 
No. You can create an account or checkout as a guest.

What are TeenyMates? 
Just one inch tall, TeenyMates are the official pocket-size figures of all your favorite professional sports teams and WWE Superstars! Inside each blind pack is a Collector's Checklist so you can see what NFL, MLB, NHL, NBA and WWE TeenyMates you need to complete each series. Fun for kids and collectors ages 4 and up!

What are Lil' Teammates? 
Lil' Teammates are 3” collectible team figures that are officially licensed with the NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL and over 65 colleges. Is your favorite team not available? We are always adding new positions and teams! Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know about new team figures. 

Gravity Feeds
Gravity feed display boxes with TeenyMates and Mad Lids blind packs are available for purchase for wholesale customers. Log in or create an account to sell at your store. 

Do you offer gift certificates? 
We do offer e-gift cards which are sent instantly to the gift recipient so they are perfect for last minute gifts and for someone who you are not sure of which team they would like. You can personalize these gift cards and enter any amount you like.

Catalog Requests
If you are a wholesale reseller and would like a product catalog, let us know using our contact form, or call us at 1-800-456-0145.

I just placed an order and want to change or cancel it. How do I do this? 
Please contact us as soon as possible (within 24 hours) of placing your order at orders@partyanimalinc.com or 1-800-456-0145. If the order has not left our facility we will gladly cancel or change your order! 

Return Instructions

Consumers who would like to return a product may do so within 30 days of delivery by contacting our returns department at orders@partyanimalinc.com.  Please reference your order number. We will then provide an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization).  Returns must be in new condition accompanied by original packaging.

Once an RMA is requested, instructions on how to return product to us will be emailed to you. Please do not return product to us without proper authorization as credit may not be issued. Please allow 7-10 business days to issue credit card refund after we receive the product. The refund will appear on your next billing statement. 

*Please note: We can only accept returns of items purchased directly from Party Animal. For Party Animal items purchased at a retail store or another third party reseller, please follow their return instructions.
